As well as numerous Tier 1 supplier contracts, we are one of the few agencies operating multiple managed service contracts for the NHS.  We are also an approved supplier of locum doctors (and managed service contracts) under multiple Frameworks – CCS RM1570, CCS RM3711 and HTE Total Workforce and CPP/LPP.

Where we are established as the managed service provider, we have successfully implemented the service within only 4-6 weeks and helped those Trusts make significant cost saving efficiencies as well as exceeding fill rates.

“By working in partnership with Holt Doctors not only has the Trust been able to save over £800,000 on our locum spend in the first year of the contract but by using the IT recruitment platform (LMS) provided by Holt Doctors, the number of calls, emails etc. in order to source agency workers has been substantially reduced. LMS is user friendly, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the hospital. We have been able to demonstrate cost savings using current data against historical data, in turn allowing us to set KPIs for Holt Doctors.

The team no longer have the unwanted agency calls, emails and CVs, and instead have standardised rates, one point of contact and a team responsible for ensuring compliance checking is done to a high standard without the need to re-check every document coming through.”

Barnsley NHS Foundation Trust

We continue to provide an average fill rate of 95% at this Trust (97% average across all MV contracts) since the introduction of the NHS Improvement capped rates.
